My goal is to make reaching your goals as easy as possible, and put you into the driver seat.

I have a diverse background alongside plenty of experience, being an international athlete myself, I understand the pressures and needs that sports offers up, having just completed my 1000 hours of clinical placement to become a dietitian, I understand the difficulties that everyday people face, along with being able to deal with a wide range of medical conditions. I have had the chance to work with Athletics Ireland, Munster athletics, Celbridge A.C, Clonmel RFC, UCC health society, , Premier Endurance alongside a wide range of professional athletes to gym goers alike. Most recently, I have made links with Platinum Health & Fitness & PhysioPoint, two Maltese based establishments. This list is growing all the time, and the range of clientele I have successfully helped diversifies all the time.
This year, I have already DCU athletics, Dublin Track Club, Heartwise, Clonmel Boxing Club & St. Michael’s GAA club and plan to add further clubs, schools, organizations and project into the Fitnut portfolio!
