The first blog post will be based off of recent work regarding utilizing carbs in relation to training, periodizing intake and why this is a good idea. This is and has been a hot topic for quite a long time, with many people populating the polar ends of the issue, high carb or no carb, all of the time, both of which are incredibly incorrect, the answer, as always with nutrition, lies in the grey area!
