Meet the Coach

Let me Introduce Myself…

My name is Evan, I am going to be helping you get your nutrition back on track. I really have a passion for helping others come to grips with the intricacies of having a great diet for them & I am in love with the process of helping educate my clients how best to nail their diet. I am particularly passionate about working with athletes, those looking to improve their food relationship and those who are looking to lose some weight. If you think we might get on but you are not sure what the right service is for you, book a free discovery call below & we can chat!

Education wise, I have a B. Sc in Food Science & Health, a P.G Diploma in dietetics, and a Master’s degree in Sports & Exercise nutrition. I am also ISAK trained & have done training in low FODMAP dietary management.

Personally, I have a background in international track & field, which is why I lean towards sports, and I have always been fascinated with science, particularly physiology and how we can change it and alter it with nutrition. This means that I actually understand on a personal and professional level how an athlete is feeling, a tool that has been invaluable to me.

I have worked very hard to be where I am today, and to provide for my clients, though I still feel like a very lucky person, as I get to do what I love, and I have a very supportive family through my parents, soon to be wife, Emma, and our little girl. It is this support that drives me forwards.

I feel lucky that I get to help people achieve their true potential every day, and alongside helping clients become the versions of themselves whether it be through performance, being more comfortable in their own skin or feeling a little better about, I have also had the chance to do some very interesting things along the way and be involved in a multitude of sporting projects.

To date I have had the chance to work extensively with Athletics Ireland, delivering workshops and seminars throughout the country, and I act as the performance nutritionist for Dublin City University AC. Other projects in which I have been involved include the Cycling Ireland Youth Development Program, the Cork Sports Partnership, contributing to the Irish Runner Magazine, being the in house nutritionist on the Pushing Limit’s Podcast and of course, working 1-to-1 with a plethora of professional athletes & Olympians from various sporting disciplines.
