My name is Evan, I am a qualified dietitian, and a sports nutritionist, I also have a background in international track & field. I love figuring out all the pieces of the puzzle that go into putting together appropriate nutritional strategies for people, and I pride myself on not focusing on diet in isolation. My favourite cases would be elite endurance athletes, weight loss cases and athletes experiencing gastric issues, and what I like about what I do is the very tangible effects I can make to people's lives.
